Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or product line finance.
- Direct experience in a manufacturing, hardware, or infrastructure environment.
- Direct experience with BOM-level costing, standard costing, or product costing.
- Experience partnering with procurement or supply chain teams on material cost and working capital forecasting.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience turning CRM/pipeline data into financial reporting.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting infrastructure (Excel/Sheets, BI tools).
- Exposure to internal controls or cost accounting controls.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own BOM-level cost reporting across product lines, tracking material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Partner with procurement to forecast material costs, analyze supplier pricing trends, and evaluate sourcing opportunities.
- Build and maintain standard costing models and cost roll-ups.
- Own COGS forecasting for manufacturing and infrastructure, including actual-to-forecast variance analysis.
- Support month-end close processes related to inventory valuation and cost accruals.
- Partner with sales/RevOps to ensure pipeline data flows accurately into financial forecasts.
- Build and maintain product-line level P&L views and margin analysis.
- Own FP&A for budgeting and forecasting for the product side of the business.
- Build dashboards providing visibility into COGS, margin, and revenue operations metrics.
- Support pricing and quote-level margin analysis in partnership with sales and engineering.
