Requirements
- 5+ years in business systems, revenue operations, analytics engineering, or similar (ideally B2B SaaS).
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience modeling data and debugging pipelines in cloud data warehouses.
- Practical experience with a CDP or event pipeline (e.g., Segment, RudderStack).
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Track record of building usable reporting and ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Genuine fluency with AI tooling for automating real work.
- Comfort operating in a security-conscious environment with strong instincts for data handling.
- Strong written communication skills for translating technical systems to stakeholders.
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting platforms (nice to have).
- Proficiency with dbt or similar transformation tooling (nice to have).
- Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable compliance programs (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own how go-to-market and customer-facing platforms connect, ensuring robust data flows and integration architecture.
- Manage the SaaS integration surface, controlling scopes and access to maintain security and compliance.
- Own the flow of product, web, and customer data from event pipelines into warehouses for analytics and BI.
- Build and maintain reporting across the funnel, including pipeline, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to define tracking plans and ensure data model accuracy.
- Adopt and implement AI assistants and automation tools to remove manual work across the company.
- Reconcile revenue and forecast reporting in financial planning platforms against CRM and product data.
