Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant senior experience leading data operations, architecture, and systems functions in a global organization.
- Strong expertise in data science, data governance, data quality management, and data modelling.
- Proven experience designing data pipelines, infrastructure, and managing technical teams (platform engineers/developers).
- Solid grounding in IT systems, security, and enterprise platform integration.
- Extensive experience with data protection obligations across global jurisdictions.
- Ability to establish technology governance, manage risk, and translate strategy into executable plans.
- Experience managing a portfolio of technical projects and delivering organizational change.
- Fluency in English (required).
- Hands-on technical capability to review designs and solve concrete problems.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the systems strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap for global operations.
- Lead a technical team to build, maintain, and improve infrastructure, platforms, and security.
- Manage system performance, cybersecurity governance, and vendor relationships.
- Lead integration strategy across internal tools to resolve data inconsistencies and friction.
- Direct the internal data quality agenda, data modelling, and governance framework.
- Serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) ensuring global regulatory compliance.
- Lead a portfolio of change initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new systems and standards.
