Requirements
- Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
- 8+ years of AI engineering experience.
- Strong track record of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital, data, or AI-enabled products.
- Demonstrated experience in AI and data-driven product environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to drive alignment across engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams.
- Experience managing and developing product managers or junior leaders.
- Proven experience coaching, providing prioritization support, and fostering product management practices.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities, make informed tradeoffs, and communicate vision to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of AI foundational systems.
- Define and implement engineering standards, development practices, and governance for agentic AI.
- Oversee engineering teams building reusable platform services, tools, and components.
- Partner with product, data, infrastructure, and security teams to align platform capabilities.
- Drive modernization efforts to connect existing processes with AI capabilities.
- Monitor agentic operations and user feedback to support continuous optimization.
- Communicate platform priorities, technical risks, and progress to senior leadership.
