Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in system implementation, including UNIX, Windows, and network storage.
- Experience in designing, installing, integrating, and testing large systems with complex OS mixes.
- At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
- Knowledge of storage technology planning, performance modeling, and distributed processing.
- In-depth knowledge of government IT environments, office automation networks, and security requirements.
- Experience with web hosting platforms like Relativity or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline strongly preferred.
- CNE certification highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior technical staff and systems engineers to ensure system objectives are met.
- Operate and maintain IT systems and facilities providing automated litigation support.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, including scheduled backups and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce system, facility, and data security measures and disaster recovery procedures.
- Administer hardware, operating systems, databases, and application software.
- Coordinate activities with government technical staff and COR.
- Supervise and manage subordinate staff and report on project progress.
- Develop tools for system-wide application use and prepare system documentation.
