Requirements
- Must be familiar with standard courtroom presentation packages such as Trial Director and Sanction.
- Demonstrated experience working with a trial team through the entire pretrial and trial cycle.
- Proven experience identifying and scanning exhibits, scripting, and operating courtroom equipment.
- Trial experience required.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work effectively as a team member in an extremely pressured environment.
- Ability to work long hours for an extended period of time.
- Ability to travel for long periods of time.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exhibit images by zooming, highlighting, or arranging side-by-side displays.
- Develop graphic images and exhibits using standard off-the-shelf software.
- Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of exhibit sequences and presentations.
- Manage the operation of courtroom presentation systems.
- Digitize audio and video clips for trial use.
- Synchronize multimedia clips with written transcripts.
- Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and scripting for trial support.
