Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible web development experience.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks such as React and Svelte.
- Experience with backend concepts including caching, authentication, and CSP.
- Knowledge of open architecture constructs (e.g., OMS, UCI, OCI) and containerized microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying in air-gapped or secure government network environments.
- Ability to self-direct work and support project leadership.
- Strong communication skills for working directly with end-users.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access.
Responsibilities
- Build performant, secure, and tested web applications with a focus on automation and security.
- Design, enhance, and improve APIs between front-end and backend services.
- Lead the development of critical features across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, best practices, and established standards.
- Translate design mockups into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Support junior engineering talent through mentorship and technical guidance.
