Responsibilities

  • Research and produce clear, concise, neutral content explaining complex policy concepts, debates, court cases, laws, executive orders, and reform proposals.
  • Develop and maintain content related to federal and state policy developments, tracking legislation and court decisions across all 50 states.
  • Identify, research, and present arguments for and against proposed policy changes while maintaining balanced coverage.
  • Conduct large-scale research projects using spreadsheets, databases, and research tools to synthesize scholarly work and policy developments.
  • Host and lead webinars, prepare presentations, and contribute to educational outreach initiatives.
  • Draft and contribute to recurring newsletters and topical programming related to breaking policy developments.
  • Review scholarly work, identify insights, and apply editorial standards to improve reader engagement and content quality.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to increase productivity and research effectiveness.
