Responsibilities
- Research and produce clear, concise, neutral content explaining complex policy concepts, debates, court cases, laws, executive orders, and reform proposals.
- Develop and maintain content related to federal and state policy developments, tracking legislation and court decisions across all 50 states.
- Identify, research, and present arguments for and against proposed policy changes while maintaining balanced coverage.
- Conduct large-scale research projects using spreadsheets, databases, and research tools to synthesize scholarly work and policy developments.
- Host and lead webinars, prepare presentations, and contribute to educational outreach initiatives.
- Draft and contribute to recurring newsletters and topical programming related to breaking policy developments.
- Review scholarly work, identify insights, and apply editorial standards to improve reader engagement and content quality.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to increase productivity and research effectiveness.
