Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting structural heart and/or cardiovascular imaging.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience performing advanced TAVR CT analysis using 3Mensio or equivalent imaging software.
  • Proven experience reviewing cardiac CT imaging and supporting TAVR patient evaluation and procedural planning.
  • Strong understanding of structural heart anatomy, cardiovascular imaging principles, and TAVR workflows.
  • Experience working within clinical research, medical device, or hospital-based structural heart environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Relevant imaging certification such as ARRT, RDCS, or RCS is preferred.
  • 5+ years of structural heart or cardiovascular imaging experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting structural heart clinical trials is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed reviews and analyses of cardiac CT scans for patients being considered for clinical study enrollment.
  • Evaluate imaging data to support patient eligibility, screening decisions, and TAVR procedural planning.
  • Assess structural heart anatomy including aortic annulus sizing, vascular access, and calcium distribution.
  • Use advanced imaging platforms such as 3Mensio to perform measurements and prepare screening reports.
  • Identify and escalate imaging findings affecting patient eligibility or procedural planning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and present patient imaging data for physician review sessions.
  • Develop educational materials and training programs regarding CT interpretation and TAVR planning.
  • Ensure imaging activities comply with FDA, GCP, HIPAA, and quality system requirements.
