Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, integration, and analytical processes.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Strong experience with Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating different datasets.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, and comfortable working on complex problems with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, consolidate, model, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate reliable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, management reports, Business Intelligence solutions, and analytical applications.
- Define, structure, monitor, and improve KPIs and performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain data solutions that support operational and strategic needs, while automating recurring analytical and operational processes.
- Integrate and validate datasets from different sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and reliability.
- Conduct analytical studies to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and potential improvements, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, methodologies, procedures, and documentation related to data solutions.
- Support knowledge sharing and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Business teams to ensure solutions effectively address organizational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, information flows, and the overall use of data across the organization.
