Requirements
- 3+ years in demand planning (e-commerce or CPG).
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, forecasting, data analysis).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Redash, or similar).
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Builder mindset: ability to automate, optimize, and improve processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple SKUs, reports, and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design SKU-level demand forecasts across Amazon marketplaces.
- Build automated replenishment systems between 3PL and FBA.
- Maintain 60+ days coverage at FBA while optimizing stock across the pipeline.
- Improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and eliminate stockouts & excess inventory.
- Lead automation projects (alerts, triggers, dashboards) with BI & Tech teams.
- Turn Amazon data into real-time decisions that impact revenue and profitability.
