Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical pre/post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
- Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and foundational machine learning concepts.
- Strong technical communication skills for both executive and engineering audiences.
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical contexts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and unstructured work environments.
- Experience implementing high-impact processes in dynamic settings.
- Proficiency with Python and assistive coding tools.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
- Preferred: Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical presentations and discussions for customer-facing engagements.
- Design and execute enterprise-grade architectures for AI deployments.
- Perform deep dives into customer queries regarding Cohere technology.
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots to demonstrate technology impact.
- Develop and document processes to enable the Solutions Architect team to scale.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings match customer needs.
- Partner with external stakeholders to develop enabling strategies for their customers.
