Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on e-commerce and experience-focused projects.
- Experience managing client stakeholders, product owners, and managers.
- Proven ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
- Experience working on content and experience-based projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and engineering.
- Experience in analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently to an agreed action plan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Plan, run, and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and product owners.
- Identify, assess, and recommend innovative solutions for business and technical suitability.
- Work with scrum/delivery teams through to go-live phases.
- Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide analysis work estimates.
- Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure quality solutions.
- Provide system training to users and maintain strong client relationships.
