Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Hands-on product experience in asynchronous/video interviewing, remote proctoring, online assessment, or identity verification.
- Experience delivering mobile or mobile-web products, including understanding device fragmentation, media capture, and bandwidth constraints.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Fluency with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong communication and internal/external stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a squad and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with bug triage, prioritization, and analysis.
- Resilient, comfortable handling ambiguity, and capable of making fair, explainable, and auditable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Interviews and Interview Assessment across both CAS Shield and Apply, aligned with Enroly’s company strategy.
- Define the interviewing model, including asynchronous and live formats, question design, scoring rubrics, and reviewer workflows.
- Manage integrity and proctoring, including identity verification, fraud signals, and AI-assisted detection.
- Lead the mobile-first applicant experience, focusing on video capture, low-bandwidth resilience, and accessibility.
- Champion compliance and regulatory requirements such as UKVI expectations and data protection in product decisions.
- Conduct discovery across the interview lifecycle to understand the needs of admissions teams, agents, and applicants.
- Work day-to-day with a dedicated squad to write user stories, set acceptance criteria, and deliver features.
- Analyze post-launch performance and feedback to continuously iterate on the product.
