Requirements
- 5+ years of collections and operations industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and support loss prevention goals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
- Strong SQL experience for data-level testing and validation (nice to have).
- Experience with Snowflake environments (nice to have).
- Project management experience (nice to have).
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and CFPB Reg F (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new treatments and strategies across lending products.
- Develop detailed business requirements for small to mid-sized projects, communicating these across Risk Infrastructure and Engineering & Product Development teams.
- Assist with strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility across Legal, Compliance, Finance, EPD, and Risk Infrastructure teams.
- Perform post-implementation validation to identify, monitor, and resolve defects.
- Identify key project work streams and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
- Develop mechanisms for tracking project progress, including the early detection and escalation of risks.
- Collaborate with Operations and EPD partners to ensure strategy, policy, and state/federal regulatory compliance.
