Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in frontend engineering.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining complex, scalable frontend systems.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally React.
- Proven track record of demonstrable impact in previous engineering roles.
- Experience working at a similar level within a mature engineering team.
- Ability to work independently and push through technical hurdles.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Degree in a STEM subject is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions to address complex business requirements.
- Contribute to architectural vision for a global research platform.
- Develop and maintain frontend systems using React.
- Manage deployments and iteration cycles using CircleCI and Spinnaker.
- Monitor services, diagnose root causes, and deploy fixes to maintain system stability.
- Mentor junior engineers within a cross-functional team environment.
