Requirements

- Proven client-facing experience building relationships and communicating with senior executives.
- Demonstrated commercial experience, including contributing to proposals and closing engagements.
- Advanced experience using AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with an execution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resistance, and complex organizational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional capability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose organizational performance across people, processes, technology, and management systems.
- Design and redesign organizational structures, workflows, and accountability models.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable transformation plans with measurable results.
- Lead implementation initiatives through execution, change management, and stakeholder adoption.
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges and define solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and new-business development activities.
- Apply AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
