Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- At least 15 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of people or line management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes for collecting, storing, and QC/QA of clinical data.
- Strong understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new data management systems and technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee clinical data operations to ensure complete, valid, secure, and compliant clinical databases.
- Develop and monitor clinical data management budgets and resource plans.
- Manage project portfolios and client relationships while contributing to business proposals.
- Direct the availability and quality of clinical data capture instruments, including CRF design and QC/QA activities.
- Integrate data management activities with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and other functional teams.
- Evaluate and implement new systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical data management professionals.
