Responsibilities
- Build and own Bolter’s design system from the ground up.
- Define the interaction patterns for creating, understanding and steering AI agents.
- Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity and craft.
- Move quickly from ideas to working designs and strengthen what proves useful.
- Help shape the early design and product team as Bolter grows.
