Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development or a related role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue, and Astro.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Technology and Backend Lead on technical project execution and deployment.
- Implement efficient data storage solutions and optimize database performance.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and identify performance bottlenecks in backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers for component integration.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features.
