Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership delivering enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data science and statistical modeling concepts into end-user workflows.
- Hands-on fluency with data, including schema design, pipeline ingestion, and governance practices.
- Practical experience applying AI to product workflows, such as prompt engineering or agent design.
- Track record of delivering products in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience with complex integrations, data migrations, or platform transformations.
- Strong agile delivery skills including backlog health and capacity planning.
- Working familiarity with Databricks, Azure, GitHub, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).
- Excellent written communication skills for producing complex specifications and decision documents.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into a groomed, traceable backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
- Drive discovery with design partners and customers to translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications.
- Partner with data architects and engineers to define the unified data platform and automated data-quality capabilities.
- Specify requirements for model configuration, versioning, governance, and audit trails.
- Shape agentic AI workflows for document parsing, schema mapping, and product development.
- Translate federal pipeline safety regulations into executable product logic and auditable reporting.
- Drive agile execution across cross-functional teams, including sprint planning and dependency management.
