Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years work experience in billing, accounting, or collections role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in 10-key data entry with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage time and prioritize appropriately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Genasys, SAP, or PCRS systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio of complex client accounts
- Perform tasks related to collections processes and procedures
- Research/respond to billing or payment inquiries within established turnaround times
- Work with third party administrators, brokers and/or clients directly to reconcile accounts receivable
- Facilitate conference calls or meetings with internal and external parties
- Analyze client data utilizing various reports and resources
- Process group renewals, new business, terms and revisions
- Calculate and create special charge bills as needed
- Monitor delinquency reports and communicate with TPA partners
- Perform peer audits to ensure quality and mitigate financial risk
