Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on the iOS platform.
- Deep knowledge of iOS architecture, hardware, and layers of the stack.
- Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in managing and improving project architecture.
- Strong knowledge of the open-source iOS ecosystem and common libraries.
- Deep understanding of camera and storage subsystems and image/video capture APIs.
- Experience with offline storage and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, mobile QA, and xCode build automation.
- Knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, and caching mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the iOS development of the core product and maintain the product release cycle.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to build new features for a growing client base.
- Work with the Product Head to ideate, plan, and design features and integrations.
- Monitor code quality and results from unit testing.
- Drive and shape the technical direction for mobile engineering efforts.
