Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java (Java 11/17+ preferred).
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Strong understanding of microservice ecosystem patterns.
- Deep proficiency in relational databases (AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Deep proficiency in NoSQL engines (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
- Advanced working knowledge of AWS cloud services, serverless, and containerized deployments.
- Proven track record in TDD, JUnit, and Git workflows.
- Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in IST with flexibility to overlap with US CST hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
- Manage and optimize data persistence using AWS RDS and NoSQL engines like DynamoDB or MongoDB.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS platforms.
- Maintain high code quality through TDD, JUnit, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply domain-driven design principles to complex backend systems.
- Collaborate across time zones to support offshore operations.
