Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in Web3, AI, or decentralized technologies.
- Deep understanding of Web3 culture, community dynamics, and the decentralized ecosystem.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing and growing Discord communities, including moderation, engagement strategies, and event hosting.
- Proven experience leading moderation and technical support teams.
- Experience building and managing ambassador or advocacy programs.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on community engagement tactics.
- Comfort with data analytics and ability to derive insights from community engagement metrics.
- Passion for decentralization, AI, and data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and global environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global community growth strategy with a strong emphasis on Discord engagement.
- Manage and nurture relationships across key platforms, ensuring vibrant discussions and engagement.
- Build, recruit, and manage a global ambassador community, equipping them with the necessary tools and incentives to advocate for Vana.
- Organize and moderate community events, AMAs, and webinars, bringing thought leadership and engagement to Vana's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to drive community-driven initiatives, content, and campaigns.
- Identify and activate community champions and advocates to amplify Vana’s mission and messaging.
- Track and analyze community metrics, sentiment, and feedback to optimize engagement strategies.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure transparent, timely, and thoughtful interactions with the community.
