Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Automation, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI and generative AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply them to real business problems.
- Strong experience with Snowflake and SQL.
- Strong experience with Tableau or another enterprise BI platform.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, and automation.
- Experience integrating AI with Excel, APIs, databases, BI tools, and business applications.
- Ability to build practical AI solutions and fundamentally improve existing processes.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Comfortable working independently and taking projects from idea through implementation.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about how the entire business operates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s practical adoption and implementation of AI across business functions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to eliminate manual work and improve decision-making.
- Develop AI-powered workflows that integrate with existing business processes, reporting, and data systems.
- Transform Excel-based analysis by integrating AI, automation, and connections to data sources like Snowflake.
- Build natural-language interfaces for employees to interact with company data.
- Optimize SQL queries, develop data models, and create dashboards using Tableau.
- Partner with leadership to develop KPIs, analytical models, forecasts, and decision-support tools.
