Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL and Python.
- Strong capabilities in data modeling and advanced quantitative analysis.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Strong command of modern data architecture, particularly in enabling AI readiness.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data science/analytics and/or data engineering roles.
- Managerial experience leading teams.
- Recent work experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Undergraduate or masters degree in a technical discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, math, physics, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Upgrade existing data architecture to be high fidelity, AI-ready, and accessible.
- Guide execution of data integrations into select customer systems with solutions engineering.
- Uplevel standard suite of analytics and measurement insights in partnership with product teams.
- Execute client-specific, custom analytical requests in partnership with client services.
- Direct and grow a team of data analysts and data engineers.
