Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expense Management.
- Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, Oracle Cloud Financials best practices, and client-facing consulting.
- Experience leading functional workstreams and mentoring junior team members preferred.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business processes, challenges, and functional requirements.
- Analyze complex finance and accounting processes and recommend solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials capabilities and best practices.
- Lead the configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expense Management (EXP).
- Partner with technical and integration resources to define requirements for reports, integrations, extensions, and customizations.
- Lead functional testing activities and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze and resolve complex functional issues and work closely with clients, project teams, and Oracle Support as needed.
- Provide functional guidance, knowledge transfer, and end-user training to client teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and other project team members.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing client support activities.
