Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days after starting.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or policy benefits.
- Make changes to existing insurance policies.
- Retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
