Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture.
- Experience with federal financial or large-scale Oracle ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Deep expertise in database administration (Oracle/SQL).
- Deep expertise in modern API microservices.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 or 6 clearance.
Responsibilities
- Create scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules in alignment with federal financial standards.
- Oversee the integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications.
- Enforce federal security controls including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP compliance.
- Coordinate with agency program managers, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams to resolve system bottlenecks.
