Requirements
- Active DoD SECRET clearance.
- 10+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense.
- Strong understanding of defense-sector technology environments.
- Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and/or systems integration.
- Strong experience designing and communicating complex technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures.
- Knowledge of technical, operational, and procurement requirements of DoD and Intelligence Community environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building strong relationships and helping customers achieve mission-critical objectives.
- Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, RFP responses, technical proposals, and responses to customer inquiries.
- Develop long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business challenges into clear technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and review technical architectures that address customer requirements while following industry best practices and appropriate security considerations.
- Identify technical risks throughout customer engagements and develop practical mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Translate complex AI, data, cloud, and systems-integration concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop technical collateral, communicate customer insights, and help align product roadmaps with market needs.
