Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales capacity.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware, software, databases, networking, security, software development).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for diverse audiences.
- Ability to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align with Immersive Labs' value proposition.
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a security advisor by facilitating crisis simulations and building cyber skills programs.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience.
- Deliver executive business reviews to measure risk and organizational improvement.
- Drive platform adoption and act as a liaison between sales, product leadership, and clients.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer.
