Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in backend systems
- Fluency in Java with understanding of modern software engineering principles
- Experience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Proficiency with Spring or similar frameworks for building secure, modular, and scalable APIs
- Experience designing data models, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and graph-based (e.g., Neo4j)
- Working knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automated deployment workflows
- Strong security mindset with practical knowledge of secure software design and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP)
- Comfortable with remote team collaboration and asynchronous communication tools
- Familiarity with graph technologies (Cypher) is a bonus
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka) or distributed systems is a bonus
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and observability is a bonus
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI/ML integration is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Build APIs for intuitive user interaction with complex data
- Design secure, scalable access control systems for mission-critical environments
- Orchestrate workflows to automate graph analytics, inference, and real-time insights
- Optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences
- Contribute to architecture and technical design with the team
