Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience accepted).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas and modeling techniques).
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate, create, or enhance financial processes.
- Ability to develop complex financial models, including long-range or three-statement models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
- Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting (GAAP Revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue) and cash forecasting.
- Increase automation and efficiency of financial processes through Excel improvements and AI productivity tools.
- Drive the adoption of improved financial processes by teaming with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Participate in long-range planning processes and maintain long-range financial models.
- Support the annual budget process to ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic initiatives.
