Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise billing and revenue management.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP SOM, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, and FI-CA.
- Strong ABAP development skills including user exits, BADIs, APIs, OData, and RFCs.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA integrations, and middleware.
- Understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing processes.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori, or Datasphere.
- Preferred: Experience in utilities, telecommunications, or subscription-based industries.
- Preferred: Relevant SAP certifications in ABAP, BRIM, HANA, or S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions across SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA modules.
- Build custom ABAP enhancements including interfaces, workflows, APIs, OData services, and BADIs.
- Support Subscription Order Management processes from order capture to fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain Convergent Charging solutions for usage-based billing and pricing.
- Manage Convergent Invoicing capabilities including billing aggregation and financial postings.
- Develop integrations between SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, CRM/CX platforms, and third-party systems.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-volume billing stability.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to production support and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
