Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in CRM ABAP development (WebClient UI, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework).
- In-depth knowledge of standard SAP CRM On-Premise processes (Account/Contact, Activities, Service).
- Solid experience with CRM Middleware and data synchronization with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong ABAP debugging skills to resolve complex performance and replication issues.
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP CRM implementations or long-running support/rollout projects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP CRM On-Premise / CX solutions and integrate them with SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
- Build and enhance custom solutions using CRM ABAP (WebClient UI / BSP, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework) and extend standard objects.
- Develop core business processes, including Account & Contact Management, Activities, and Service Processes.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot CRM Middleware configuration and data replication across SAP systems.
- Perform advanced ABAP debugging to rapidly isolate and resolve technical, middleware, and integration issues.
