Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience working in a collaborative, team-based engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of front-end engineering principles, software patterns, data structures, and modern development practices.
- Advanced experience with React and React Native.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Solid CSS skills and experience building polished, responsive user interfaces.
- Practical experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as AppSignal and feature-flagging platforms such as LaunchDarkly.
- Basic understanding of backend infrastructure and technologies such as MongoDB, Memcache, Redis, Kubernetes, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining user-facing software products.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across departments.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, agile mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve front-end solutions for web and native applications using modern development practices.
- Build user-facing features with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS while maintaining clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues before and after product releases, ensuring a reliable user experience.
- Write, review, and maintain automated tests to strengthen system resilience, stability, and code quality.
- Consume and integrate REST APIs and collaborate with engineering teams on technical architecture and problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze product and feature metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in technical discussions and contribute to engineering decisions that support product and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives and improve team efficiency through clear communication.
- Work with development and deployment tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Expo, EAS, and CI/CD workflows.
- Help maintain reliable applications using monitoring, feature-flagging, and infrastructure tools such as AppSignal and LaunchDarkly.
