Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically located in the United States.
- Willingness to obtain state Life & Health Insurance License prior to performing licensed activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service, active-listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology, including Zoom and web-based systems.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual and phone appointments with members and individuals seeking information about available benefits.
- Build trusted relationships by listening carefully to member needs and providing personalized service.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, coverage features, and benefit choices.
- Assess individual and family needs and provide needs-based guidance for informed decision-making.
- Guide members through applications, enrollment, documentation, and policy processes.
- Provide ongoing post-enrollment support, including policy reviews and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
- Use Zoom and digital collaboration tools to communicate with members and leadership.
- Participate in virtual onboarding, product education, coaching, and workshops.
