Requirements
- Proven experience as a builder who designs and ships front-end code to production.
- Strong design judgment and ability to distinguish high-quality interfaces from functional ones.
- Demonstrated product instinct, including the ability to scope tasks and validate with real users.
- Fluency in a modern web codebase.
- Experience using AI tooling across the design and development workflow.
- Ability to design data-rich, high-stakes interfaces for professionals.
- Capacity to converse credibly with domain experts, such as those in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Explore and prototype concepts to determine the right product solutions.
- Develop and ship features through to the production front-end.
- Collaborate with product squads to frame scope, talk to users, and pressure-test problems.
- Build supervisory surfaces for an agent-native platform, including triage queues and confidence/citation patterns.
- Integrate AI tools across the entire product development lifecycle from research to testing.
- Own technical aspects including performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device behavior.
