Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment.
- 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
- High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
- Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
- Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
- Participate in Agile software development efforts including standups, planning, grooming, and estimation.
