Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers, conducting regular touchpoints and executive-level check-ins.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including portal registration, credentialing handoffs, and directory validation.
- Deliver provider training on program policies, billing requirements, and operational procedures.
- Resolve escalated provider issues related to claims, credentialing, EFT, enrollment, and portal access.
- Promote portal features and self-service workflows to increase provider adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, and IT.
- Maintain dashboards and logs for key metrics including satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and onboarding timeliness.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and adherence to organizational policies and regulations.
