Requirements
- Proven leadership profile with experience in people development and feedback.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage incidents end-to-end including post-mortem analysis.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD, process automation, and APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Practical experience with observability, including monitoring, metrics, tracing, and logs.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and initiative.
- Experience in production support, command-center, or NOC environments (plus).
- Experience with mobile technologies (iOS or Android) (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop junior analysts through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Organize operational routines, priorities, and workflows to ensure reliable daily production support.
- Take ownership of critical production incidents, coordinate war rooms, and lead post-mortem activities.
- Analyze and improve system performance, reliability, resilience, and overall stability.
- Identify and implement improvements to architecture, operational processes, and recovery mechanisms.
- Automate monitoring, observability, incident-response, and failure-recovery routines.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure new solutions meet reliability requirements.
- Define, monitor, and improve operational performance indicators, including SLAs and SLOs.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers regarding support requests.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support high-availability environments.
