Requirements
- Professional experience with Python development.

- Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols and their application in agent-based solutions.
- Familiarity with AI application development, APIs, integrations, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock is desirable.
- Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions is desirable.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn in a rapidly evolving field.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive attitude, ownership, and a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python, applying sound software engineering practices.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions and intelligent agents according to project requirements.
- Develop agent-based solutions leveraging the MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent2Agent) protocols.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows to address practical business and technical challenges.
- Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.
- Work with AWS Bedrock and related cloud-based AI services when applicable.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, continuous improvement, and optimization of AI-powered applications.
