Requirements
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- 4+ years working directly with AI/ML systems.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications in production.
- Deep expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Strong Python skills and experience building scalable, distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, LangSmith, Weights & Biases).
- Working knowledge of LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/PEFT, RLHF) and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions from concept to scalable enterprise deployment.
- Design multi-step reasoning agents, memory systems, and multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Implement scalable RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval strategies.
- Define engineering standards for testing, observability, hallucination mitigation, and model safety.
- Design APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures for AI applications at scale.
- Drive LLMOps practices across the model lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop AI/ML and backend engineering staff while conducting architecture and code reviews.
