- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex digital projects to a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in small and large group settings.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and facilitate rapid changes.
- Player/coach mentality with openness to different perspectives.
- Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Scope and manage complex digital projects for global technology brands, leading B2B companies, and startups.
- Serve as a strategic leader from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both client and user needs.
- Lead discussions and presentations, conveying the power and thought behind design decisions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for problem-solving and ideation.
- Work seamlessly with designers, developers, and client-side marketing teams.
- Mitigate and escalate project risks.
- Identify efficiencies and challenges to improve processes for future projects.
