Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
- Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Proven ability to translate brand DNA across varied formats, from social media kits to pitch decks and print.
- Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines and asset libraries.
- Strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes.
- Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements.
- Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
- Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards.
- Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.
