Requirements
- 6-7 years of industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting.
- Proven experience in CNS (Central Nervous System) clinical trials in a PM role.
- Thorough knowledge of project management processes.
- Solid understanding of project budget management.
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- University or college degree in Life Science (preferred).
- Ability to travel when needed.
- High level of responsibility and accountability.
- Effective performance skills in demanding situations.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trial projects.
- Manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
- Collaborate with functional area leads to evaluate project issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with customer quality, time, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate across project teams and scientific/therapeutic leadership.
