Requirements
- 7+ years in QA experience
- 3+ years in QA leadership or automation roles
- Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Deep knowledge of API, backend, and integration testing
- Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and asynchronous systems
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Build and own the QA automation and quality strategy end-to-end
- Design automated testing for high-impact financial flows (payments, billing, reconciliation, SIS)
- Partner with AI engineers to implement AI-assisted test generation and anomaly detection
- Define QA standards, release criteria, and quality gates
- Embed quality practices early in development (shift-left)
- Hire, mentor, and scale the QA team over time
