Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- First-principles thinking with a focus on problem-solving before technical implementation.
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to fix issues outside of assigned swim lanes.
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
Responsibilities
- Define key business questions and hypotheses before conducting analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to support business initiatives.
- Design experiments and surface data insights that improve key performance metrics.
- Drive business outcomes by recommending actionable steps to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.
