Responsibilities
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions according to established department policies and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain detailed policy documentation and update customer information as necessary.
- Rate endorsements and transactions for multiple lines of business.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations.
- Perform pre-underwriting tasks and preparatory work based on company guidelines.
- Order required reports such as CLUE, MVR, SOCRECARD, and DADS.
- Maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels.
